Our clinic is right next to the Fremont BART station. If you are using BART as a mode of transportation to/from the clinic, there is a gate that directly connects our parking lot to the BART parking lot, as indicated in the image below. Please call/text (510) 213-8812 or email calvinlee@expphysicaltherapy to obtain the gate code.
When you arrive at the address, please note that our facility is located along the backside of the building, and does not require entry through the main doors! The image below depicts the suggested routes for the closest parking to the clinic when entering through Mowry Avenue.
